How to Register

Need help registering with WasteTrade? Follow our handy step-by-step guide on how to get registered, it’s quick and easy and you’ll soon be buying and selling materials from all around the globe.

1. Select type of user

If you will use WasteTrade to sell your commodities, to source materials, or both, then select ‘Register As A Buyer/Seller‘. If you are a haulier and will be using WasteTrade to find transport opportunities, then select ‘Register As A Haulier‘.

2. Register as a Buyer/Seller

Enter your name, company name, telephone number, and email addres, then create your secure password. After letting us know where you heard about WasteTrade, you must tick the box to acknowledge you accept WasteTrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3. Complete Account

Once you have created your account, you will be required to upload all of the necessary details and documentation for WasteTrade’s due diligence procedures.

This is something you will only need to do once; this allows WasteTrade to ensure all our users are fully compliant with all relevant industry regulations, and also allows us to automate the generation of customs documentation and any other paper work when you make deals on the marketplace.

4. Steps to complete your account

You will need to complete a series of short forms to provide us with the information we need to verify your account and give you full access to the marketplace.

You will need to provide us with correct and up-to-date information for the account holder and the company that will be trading through WasteTrade. This will include at least one of the following: VAT Number, Tax ID Number, or Company Registry ID Number. You will also need to upload copies of any relevant permits, licenses, accreditations, and other documents that you have.

Once our team has verified your information, you will be given full access to trade on the WasteTrade marketplace.

5. Account Completed

You have now completed setting up your account and you do not need to do anything else. Our team will review the information you submitted, check that everything is correct, and then verify your account to grant you full access to trade on the WasteTrade marketplace.

If we require any clarification or further information from you to be able to verify your account, a member of our team will contact you using the contact details you entered during the registration process.

1.1. Register as a Haulier

To register your logistics company as a Haulier on WasteTrade, you will need to complete a series of short forms to provide us with the necessary information.

You will be required to provide information for the account holder and the company being registered. You will also need to upload additional information, such as your Waste Carrier License.

You will only need to do this once; it enables us to ensure that all users on the platform are reputable and fully compliant with all relevant regulations, and to automate the generation of customs documents and any other relevant paper work for deals agreed on the WasteTrade Marketplace.
