How to Bid as Haulier

Registered hauliers can place bids on the available haulage opportunities on the WasteTrade logistics platform that they are interested in fulfilling. This guide will walk you through the quick and easy process to do this.

1. Click "Available Loads”

In your haulier dashboard, click on the ‘Available Loads‘ tab. This will open a window in which you can view all available haulage opportunities.

2. Click "Offer"

You can browse these opportunities by collection and delivery locations, number of loads, weight, delivery window and more.

Once you have found a haulage opportunity you are interest in, click the ‘Offer’ button.

3. Fill out the form

When you click the ‘Offer’ button, a window will open with a ‘Haulage Bid’ form.

Complete this form to make your bid; you will be required to enter information such as trailer or container, customs clearance, currency, value, weight/quantity, notes, collection date, and more.

4. Click Submit

Once you have completed the form, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the screen.

5. Click "VIEW OFFERS"

You bid has been submitted and you are now finished. You can view the status of all active bids; click the ‘View Offers’ button that appears on the screen after submitting your bid, or navigate to the page through the dashboard.

6. View Offer Status

On this page you will find a table view with all you active bids. You can see if they are still pending or have been accepted/rejected under ‘Offer Status’.

You can view the details of the bid by clicking the ‘Details’ button the right hand side.
