Resetting your password

If you cannot sign in, you can reset your password at any time.

  1. Go to the sign-in page and select Forgotten password.
  2. Enter the email address registered to your account.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link — the email may take a few minutes to arrive.
  4. Follow the link to choose a new password, then sign in.

For security, reset links expire after a short period. If your link has expired, request a new one.
