Product Description Synthetic refining slag designed for the formation of a highly basic, fully deoxidized and highly fluid slag system used in advanced steelmaking processes. The product is produced under controlled technological conditions ensuring stable chemical composition and consistent metallurgical performance. It improves slag fluidity, enhances refining efficiency and contributes to the production of cleaner steel with improved metallurgical properties. The material is intended for use in ladle furnace operations and secondary metallurgy where stable slag chemistry and high refining capacity are required. Typical Chemical Composition (wt%) Al₂O₃: 68.8 – 71.6 % CaO: 15.3 – 16.9 % MgO: 4.6 – 6.5 % Na₂O: 0.5 – 1.9 % SiO₂: 1.9 – 2.5 % Fe₂O₃: 0.6 – 1.1 % TiO₂: 0.1 – 0.5 % Minor Components V₂O₅: 1.0 – 1.4 % MnO: 0.10 – 0.16 % NiO: 0.03 – 0.16 % MoO₃: 0.01 – 0.17 % Moisture: ≤ 0.10 % Oil content: ≤ 0.17 % Values confirmed by independent laboratory analysis.
